I think you might be forgeting thar Karoon Aus will only have a 68% stake in the new SA company.
If the IPO goes ahead, and raises $621m at low end, and that values SA at $1,947,000,000 then Kar A stake in that is $1,323,960,000 or 217m shares at $6.10.
At the high end $773m values SA at $2,423,000,000. Kar A stake 68% approx $1,647,640,000 or $7.59 per share.
