I guess most of the German shareholders will be allowed to take part in the placement. Every time an Australian explorer is subjected to a rights issue the same old discussion starts again. Most of German brokers have a kind of subsidiary in AUS. So this local office is entitled to participate as well as native shareholders.
I took my experience during a placement of Deep Yellow a couple of years ago, where we had the same bunch of dispute, misinformation and emotional uncertainty.
So, please, keep cool. It's all about ridiculous 1:16. Who ever wanted to raise his stake, there was fairly enough time to up at around 0.07 AUSD in September and October.
