just an observation
isn't it illegal at all state and federal levels to have nuclear power plants?
if so, isn't it then a matter of changing the laws in all the states/territories as well as federally?
this would take a very long time looking at our state and federal politicians and voters intentions.
has anyone considered this hurdle yet?
