you cant extinguish EV fire with fire hose even with foam. Run off water from EV fire is more toxic than the toxic black smoke from letting them burn. IMO insurance companies will soon ban EV charging in basement careparks as it will be impossible to extinguish if EV's are parked together ie. charging.
