May not even need war as the USA debt is out of control and the Petro dollar ceased this month and the USA may have to make bond rates really high to sell any given the move to gold by China and Russia and others rather than the US$.

Anything could happen - however the likelihood of it happening.like you say is low.

Hell we could dream up scenarios where ebola runs rampant throught a city - there will be plenty of empty homes left after that.
