I know it shouldn’t happen, but I am convinced that it does. So many times now, we have bought a so called leg of lamb. I thought that it looked suspiciously large and it has been as tough as boots. This is the first time that I was convinced that it was actually lamb. I trust supermarkets, about as much as I trust politicians. Buy yeah you are right.
A bit like so called prime rump steak, which is inedible, it needs to be stewed.
