Let's be honest, our only hope is Indonesia. It will be 7-10 years and a billion dollars of burnt capital and dilution before RCE gets a drug to market in a western country, regardless of what the WHO writes. That is unless Big Pharma buys RCE, which RCE has previously shown aversion to. This is more hot air.
