Yep Proof. Whether it is a regulatory requirement or not theres no chance of the buyback starting pre Marampa JORC announcement based on my interaction on Friday.
After that point TS said the buyback *can* begin (not *will* begin) so i guess will watch carefully later this week to see if it starts maybe Thursday or Friday after the JORC.
I believe it will but i think TS is keeping the exact timing close to his chest, as indeed he should.
Either way it should be a very interesting week ahead.
