Ok ... so lets stop CSG ... and UCG ... and crank up coal mining ... and build new coal fired power stations!
What will these folk have us do when power bills double and triple within 2 to 5 yrs and worse still, there are brown outs and black outs as a result of insufficient generation capacity and carbon emmissions are accelerating?
Environmentalist really need to come up with practical pragmatic scalable alternatives if they are to be given any credibility imo.
What's the bet at least some of these folk will be at the head of the throng protesting about electricity price increases and suply shortages in a few years?
Commonsense is nowhere to be seen here!
