    Hard to argue or disagree with any of this. The faint chance of success at Surprise-1 appears the only thing holding the SP above 4c imo. Even at 4c with the massive capital required to fuel the never ending wheel spins here , an SP closer to 2c could well be justified. A change in management (real soon) is all that could realistically save CTP from collapsing under its own weight imo. DYOR
