Did somebody say Ol' SI has gone rouge!!!????
1. He's now a minor shareholder, compared to GG. Yep, 'SurgeCentre GG'.
2. Three years ago, when SurgeCentre bought in at a CR at $2.30 a share, Surge Centre's Lucky Phil was ADDED to the BoDs. The existing BoD's did next to nothing - we didn't need another....but, yet SurgeCentre's Lucky Phil was ADDED. And what has SurgeCentre's Lucky Phil done in those 3 years? Cried, complained and used the BoDs meetings like it was an all you can eat Sizzler restaurant - he would of piled his plate HIGH!! He's been the Marcel Marceau of the gang!
3. After SurgeCentre's GG becomes the largest SH of Mesoblast, SurgeCentre's Lucky Phil gets PROMOTED.....that's right folks!.....he gets PROMOTED and SI's mate, Grandpa Joe, gets the arse. Grandpa Joe's only job was to thank SI at the AGMs. I don't reckon SurgeCentre's Lucky Phil will be doing that this year, somehow....unless in a swan song type scenario. (SI going rogue fits this outcome....his removal as CEO is long overdue).
4. After 20 years, SI believes that an article in the Australian is the way to go? Isn't SI on the record saying Australians have no idea about Bio (or similar)? The irony is thick here! The Australian newspaper. I would of understood if it was an article in The Romanian newspaper. Does America have newspapers?
5. SI is flapping his gums but I'll tell you what he's not talking about.....the very, very advanced discussions with Big Pharma for a partnership deal.....look over there, goldfish investors....whilst I tap dance and sing.
6. If all that is being reported is correct, then why has he picked a newspaper and a dinky shares online forum and how/why isn't Big Pharma beating the door down to get to the quantum shift in medicine? Credibility is a big part of it but even then, the share price is the score card and following the SP over the last 5 plus years........well........let's just say 'the market' isn't buying it - 'they' only like shorting this stock....really?
It reeks of 'look at me, Kimmy!' coupled with the boy who cried wolf, all wrapped up in the theme of Fiddler on the Roof. You heard it here first: Itescu, the musical.
