My take, is that BOT BOD place their priority in maintaining the momentum in getting the product to market, over immediate share price. Still need money to make money....
I don't think that's unhealthy. I'd rather the BOD pursue healthy business over SP, with the view that the SP will reflect the healthy business as an outcome in time. Why put business second to satisfying the short-term traders?
What's fascinating though, is that all the previous talk about the SP being capped / manipulated by a soph for supporting a CR proved to be accurate; here I was thinking its just paranoia.
