Well when you put it like that "300M per annum cashflow " it does look cheap still.
guess will need to spend more than $40M CAPEX before any cash comes in unless they first mine the open cut of NN so maybe that hurts the EV ?
Another issue is substitution , we are not the only game in town so will punters like @BullishBearish and even Delphi be more inclined to invest in other discounted gold developers ,given the whole sector has been sinking for a while ?
