a dogs dinner is better than no dinner i suppose, i presume it wont relist until after a CR is done.. otherwise there would be a rush for the exit no doubt.
commiserations.. better than getting zero but its not going to be pretty.
what is the value of the enterprise going to be after this? ... and the extra dilution from CR.
I know you dont want to hear it.. but i would be inclined to sell and move on than let good money follow bad in the CR, this is going to take some time to work through, unless some new significant upside comes into view, its hard to see this attracting new investors for a while, meaning the SP will at best stagnate but probably decline to an undervalued pricing.
