I thought part of the game plan at AMA was to improve gross margin by buying parts direct, instead through multiple local distributors. Does this mean that didn't work? And if it didn't work, why not? Why couldn't one of the biggest buyers of auto parts in Australia get volume discounts (economies of scale) vs. what smalller shop pay for parts? That was one of the main pillars of former CEO Carl Bizon's turnaround plan. Procurement efficiency.
Anyway, Cannacord Genuity reiterated buy on AMA with unchanged price target of $0.14 yesterday. If anyone can get that report please share here. I like that much better than the Bell Potter target of $0.07.
