Blackhole that might be what they are planning to do. I would hope that the raising will fund the 11 million capex to start building the plant and infrastructure rather than waiting to fund the plant and infrastructure from the HGZ cash flows. More clarification on this will be given when we get the announcement tomorrow but I have a strong feeling this is what they will be doing. This would then leave them roughly 13 million to continue their exploration activities.

I feel AVB are in good place right now. Copper prices are looking to push through record highs. See link to 5 year copper spot chart below.

I wouldn't be surprised if they target 7000 TPA instead of 5000TPA. Initially they were targeting 7000 TPA untill the GFC occured. When they completed the feasibility for the HGZ the copper spot was hanging around $3 a pound and it was still extremely positive. Now the copper spot threatens to break $4 a pound. I dont think it will stop either.
