Was this a shock to some really? The cash burn always indicated a CR had to be before Q4 so they got into it a touch early. There can't be a parntership deal with a cpy that has zero bank account and we needed to be viable to continue into the last phase of the negotiations. LTH would be upset once again but I came into this with eyes wide open knowing I got it cheap after the dilution from the last CR and knowing that I may be at square one by the next CR unless something astonishing was to occur. Timings a bitch but onward and forward.
