Absolutely, if IXR was a Chinese company, expect them to be washed with incentives and subsidies from not only central government, but also state, municipal government as well, whatever you need, just name it, maybe not getting 100% what was requested but there'll be something there. Otherwise how do you think China is leading in so many industrial areas. Pathetic western politicians only care about what they and their mates are getting when they're in government, doesn't give a single flying f**k about the long term.
