I've been there. I don't know much about Vlad, but I know Burton cant put a deal together to save his life, its just not within his skill set. Also, Vanadium mines cannot stand alone as a going concern. The "unique benefection" is a capital hungry beast and no one will give a $15m MC company that sort of money.
