Big outstanding boxes to tick;

1) regulatory; mining rights PLUS all the enviro and water licenses (ask Simon farrell about that one)

2) Finance, and this is the biggie. If they get a take off by end November, are there funds available to come in and assist this one?

3) transport to the customer, what is their planning? road, rail, conveyor, "beam me up scotty"????
