They did mention about the takeover and Paul indicated that Mynd is a customer and they obviously see IDT as a big compliment to their existing business.IDT board haven't made a statement yet but due diligence is still going on!!
Anyhow it really doesn't matter what IDT believes..... there are 2 main shareholders who are the decision makers.I reckon Mynd have to pay 25c to take it over
