Ah, talking internal engineering design at the ZBM3 or Pod level, not how the system presents itself as a whole, which is what matters to the people using it. For instance the Bremmer battery SW of Amberly is presented as "Our huge battery of 850MW of 4 hours duration....."
By that definition the Barona Band of Mission Indians battery is a 6.6MW battery of 24 hours duration.
The CEC spec for this round of grants was for 24 hours of output at 100 kW, this client required an output over the 24 hours 2.75 times above the CEC minimum of 100 kW for this round so it qualified for funding.
Not really sure the ability to fully discharge from 4 anywhere up to 12 hours at the pod level matters to the end users, to system designers yes, but not to the people who the system was designed for.
