Might have something to do with the slowdown of EV uptake, and the reduced need for lithium and other toxic substances?
Nobody in a high-density city environment is stupid enough to buy an EV, even if they have more money than sense, and can absorb the terrible depreciation.
Reality is starting to sink in, and the dream of reaching Utopia is now becoming a nightmare.
