I'm not sure what is going on. Directors announce that Insto placement was fully subscribed. To me that implies all the Insto's took up their entitlements. But Allan Gray is selling aggressively in the market well below the 20c. So, I would be surprised if they took up their entitlements and it would certainly appear a long-term holder Allan Gray is not happy. Certainly, Allan Gray's aggressive selling will be contributing to keeping the trading price below 20c, so killing the prospects of raising $4.9m through the retail offer. How critical is the $4.9m from the retail offer to the liquidity of AVG? I'm getting very nervous.
