Deals are complicated..It's not a real estate contract exchange....

I have seen companies arguing over change of a word/words in a contract for weeks and months as everyone wants to cover their backsides if there is ever a legal battle...

Bottom line, no one knows, it can drop in tomorrow or may take another 3 months or more...

Some posters here expected Nina to sign a deal when on SF tour and when I told them it isn't how things work in a real world and chances of that happening is very low, I was told I regret missing out when the stock was cheap...Lol, newbies...

What we do know for certain is that since management told us that they have received non-binding offers in late Q3 last year, they have delivered 2 deals and reading between the lines from Nina interviews, its a matter of when not if we will sign deals for two of the biggest markets.

Additionally, don't look at the raise in last few months and say its raised significantly. We are still only a ~350mil MC company, severely undervalued.
