Your first underline stood out to me too Lame. What do they need to develop at Walyering. It is a working facility.
Could be that they are looking to duplicate the processing facility. This appears unlikely because it would drain the field in maybe three years.
Unless, the results from W7 have convinced them that there us a lot more gas in Walyering than they have previously reported.
