40% Ownership of LYC is held by institutions , I wonder if the question been ever been asked as to who sits behind the 33% holding of LYC by HSBC nominees. A whole new can of worms could be opened as regards to non residency ownership of ASX listed strategic metal corporations . If treasury is serious, they should interrogate the beneficial ownership of all ASX listed entities in Australian REE plays.
