This is how it is, unfortunately nowadays money rules, and where $$$$$$ are involved come lots of broken rules if you know what i mean.
TM1 has got the goods, no doubt about that, a mega discovery would be announced in the next 4 weeks, so, yes, let's make a quick capital raising and make a quick $5m to $10m.
Raising 75m shares @ 6c, equivalent to around $4.5m by Tuesday, then a mega discovery announcement where the stock price will go ballistic, anything possible, 12c to 18c, could be more if it's pumped, at 18c they already made over $8.8m in profit from the 6c capital raising.
The quick capital raising is being done for a reason !
Have seen this before many times.
It's all about $$$$$$ nowadays, and wants to be made very quick.
I hope you all got the drift, by end of July, possibly before, you will all say i was spot on.
