All really good info BC. So why are Arv not doing anything at Carlow? Perhaps they know SH are rightly a bit gun shy and are unlikely to stump up the coin to capitalize on the asset. Perhaps they are spread too thin with too many plays running concurrently. I cant get my head around their thinking, which inevitably leads to suspicion of their motives or expertise.
