But...putting this into context - Herencia would be our (Emperor's) JV Partner - we (holders) would want Herencia to suceed in this CR, so EMP + HER can progress with these Gold MLs.
IMO - having this clearer view and what HER shareholders can expect over the next couple of years should genereate more interest and hopefully the CR offer closes sucessfully on 27 June 2024. Note - HER CR offer is 12m @ 2.5p and suggest (all going well), they will relist with 50m @ 10p - 400% in 2 years for prospective investors... hence why IMO this should generate more interest. I don't recall seeing this when this offer was first announced at the end of April.

IMO we (EMP) should get an update ~1st or 2nd July on this.
