It is very fanciful to believe that PLS could move to 2mtpa in the current market. The SC6 price is around US$1100/dmt and any attempt by any SC6 manufacturer to introduce substantial additional SC6 volume into market would put significant downward pressure on SC6 price. Not an economic proposition at all.
PLS's share price reflects the substantial negativity in the SC6 market and the growing awareness that PLS is overvalued (Note: ALB, SQM, et all). My target now is A$2.00 and IMO we will see this sooner rather than later.
