How can what is happening to MMX be in any shape or form good for CHM.
CHM and MMX have different views over what the judgement meant but at the end of the day CHM need value in the IO assets to have made the whole legal fight worthwhile.
CHM want Mitsubishi to come through with a large second payment for 50% interest in IO assets.
