Yep. Now my best performing stock by a fair way. I have read a few different fund managers thoughts on this one and they all seem to be of the same belief that there will be a takeover at some point. I suppose that would be nice, but I have wondered if that was to be the case why a prospective owner would wait this long. They have access to the same information we do, and would have been aware of the transition from one-off payments to rolling subscriptions. And that this would initially make income etc. look worse than what it is before eventually snowballing. And the thesis seems to be playing out.
Anyway not complaining that's for sure. Takeovers can be a pain because the sugar hit is nice but then you have to try to figure out what to do with your money. There's not many screaming opportunities out there that I can see.
