The keywords here are "billions of tonnes" and more importantly "Tier 1". If the Sybella project proves up per RDM's aspirations, it would sit in the bottom quartile of the Nd-Pr cost curve. This should become clear by Q4 of this year at which point the natural owner of the project would be one of the majors. All IMO and GLTAH.
