With due respect, 4.3x ARR is a bargain, should be more like >10x. K2F products have huge ESG potential, if it hadn't been so badly run since Brian left the CEO position we'd be >40c plus by now.
All I can do Is vote NO and hope there's enough of us to make them negotiate a better offer.
