70% interest for a $19 mill spend over 7 years??
Now IDK much about the pegs they say they found, but they are either a REAL long-shot or this is an outright disaster of a deal.
If this does prove to be something worth mining, you've given up two billion dollars+ of value for $2.7 mill spend a year. About 1% dilution currently.
The time to bring SQM in is when you need capex and processing expertise, any mugs can (and do) drill and complete metelurgy via third parties.
