Noone is arguing about the need for a war chest, the issue here was clearly about when.
nevertheless, as I have clearly said, I bow to their judgement and accept what they have done. They will have reasons as to when, how much and to who, that we don't know about (and dont need to) as they will likely be commercially sensitive. But I accept that and that's why I will continue to be a shareholder
