Forgive my ignorance… in the bottom right chart (chart D) for Event-free survival (EFS), the FTO-low is showing it has increased EFS vs the FTO-high dose, and the EFS is just under 75%. While this is definitely a significant improvement over the 25% for the FTO-High dose. You started your post about Bisantrene having 100% cure rate. Also, what is a DNA strand-break and how does that impact the treatment outcomes? Can you please explain? Thanks.
