Well it depends if shareholders want a steady stream 9f d8vidends over 30 years or none then maybe none or more for a shorter period. The share price dropped indicating that a P2000 may not be the cash flow pattern shareholders want. Generally at this point shareholders prefer the steady stream. Nebulous Npv is not everything. Finance theory shows shareholders prefer a steady dividend stdram at slightly lower npv over an npv which is lumpy and non forecastable. It needs to go to a shareholder vote
