SP1 (ASX) ASIC v ISX Hearing

OMFG ROFL and all the other acronyms available LOL etc.

So just got home from a magic round of golf to see a little bit of news. So I thought, I'll read all the Wayne Kerrs comments so that way I don't have bother reading the other stuff as they will only highlight the worst of the worst. The one that made me piss myself the most is from old mate Jlo.

So bloody disgusting, it makes my blood boil, how could he!!!! Green Hornet you dog ROFL!!!!!

JK is a low life crook and ISX was suspended because he purposely misled the market by saying what? He misquoted a few numbers to make revenue look better than it was. Remember that none of this came out immediately though, it was some time afterwards and ISX was then starting to kick some goals.

The judge then goes on to talk about how naughty JK is by not informing the market about VISA. ROFL MR Judge. I'll do a summary for you that is closer to the truth big fella.

"JK saw the writing on the wall and knew ISX was suspended when the VISA stuff came through and it wouldn't have a material effect on the SP because we were SUSPENDED!!!! He then tried to settle stuff with VISA and after a while saw it was pointless so he then told the market. Now while he "officially" misled the market it was clear he was trying to fix it while suspended, but that is naughty, so we'll say he was DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING and BREACHING DIRECTORS DUTIES!" What a joke.

Regarding the ASX questions, again lets put the truth filter on here. JK was pissed and thought it was a witch hunt so decided to middle finger ASX and answer the questions in a less than direct way. They should have asked better questions that he couldn't give shitty answers to. He saw what was going on, so was he going to be direct and comply with ASX questioning? Truck no.

I also love the way that JK has been able to keep all of his shares, this was huge in this case, but the trolls just ignore it. This is actually a really good out come for all. Whether Jlo is right or not, if they do go public or private. JK can pay himself and his family a good wage but they can't pay themselves dividends without sharing the love. As they are the biggest holders, then they will be the biggest losers if no dividend gets paid. The money going through the business now in time the barrels will be bulging and they gotta do something with all that DISGUSTING, MISLEADING, DECITFUL DIRTY MONEY!. I for one will give my Dividends away to the church as I will feel disgusting taking it from such a company ROFL!!!!! SUCH CORRUPTION!

Well in all that ASIC spending years and millions of tax payers money to have JK called names but keep all his wealth seems, so worthwhile. Well done to them, they managed to fire truck over a huge number of investors to call him bad names.
