No. Undiluted. I wasnt aware that AVM had options. TGS certainly does after it issued a whack to Trafigura at 21c ex. Apparently the 'only deal available' lol. But TGS's options would, if anything make it's market cap larger when exercised.

I have TGS at ~242 cap and AVM at ~359 cap right now.

TGS still getting good volumes with daily volume well over 6mth averages. Someone took out a small short position on this recently, maybe that's what the threats are about.
