His last apppointment was at Mallee Resources Limited, a nickel-cobalt producer. From what I gather from here (https://www.delisted.com.au/company/mallee-resources-limited-1633926692/) and here (https://announcements.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20230131/pdf/45l5070z269tfw.pdf) it has been suspended for the last 2 years or so and recently unlisted in February, with the plan of relisting as an IPO. The financial status of Mallee from a cursory glance at its recent quarterly (second link supplied) seems pretty terrible. Someone who knows a thing or two will need to make educated guesses about how much Ross as CFO drove that, and/or whether it was forces outside his control (company, sector).
