You are in the wrong stock at the moment. $1 is completely irrelevant. It has no correlation with the income that could be earnt post approval nor is it meaningful in the near term without the need to raise capital. if you are looking at price all the time, sell and buy something that will trade on momentum. Have a look at WHC.
