In Clarity’s case, $30 is about 6X from here. We are at $1.5Bn MC. 6X is $9Bn AUD or $6Bn USD. That is my mid to best case scenario (my base case is about $5Bn AUD). Anything beyond that is ridiculous at current stage.
If Alan wants to keep the company alive and sell off only the PC side of things and keep the rest of the pie to ourselves then the valuation could be different. So I am agreeing with $30 for Clarity
