there are going to be many reasons, and as others have pointed out, travel may not be an option. Nor can everyone afford to travel to wherever the treatment is available.
It's also a bit of a stretch to suggest doctors aren't recommending MAST just because we now have a FPI for combo in OASIS.
MAST has 2 cholangiocarcinoma patients that we know of (as of Dec 2023). One is CR and one is SD for at least 5 months.
