The bridge is complete. The restaurant area on L4 which connects into the new bridge has only just started its fit outs in the last 2-3 weeks. Typical F&B fit out is about 16-20 weeks.
The gaming floor though has its own F&B areas, so they can open all these separate to Level 4. This is what i believe will open in August.
