your post is EXACTLY why the debate should have nothing to do with cost, with politics, with locations or anything else

what it should only have to do with is -

can it be done in time?

if it cannot, then every single other issue is totally irrelevant

and - the point is ----------- it cannot be done for the critical period - it is not possible

finally someone with credibility actually said this in clear English

now what we need is for people with credibility to tell us WHY it's not possible in the timeframe

then, we can ditch the very silly idea and get on with real problem solving
