I think it is fairly obvious no one believes them...or else our market cap would be much greater. And no it is not some conspiracy to hold the SP back or fly under the radar.
But many will argue therein lies the opportunity. You don't need to believe managements poor (very poor) attempts at spruiking to have a belief in the fundamental technology.
I think everyone is hoping the tech will eventually speak for itself...
