Michael Bourke has ABSOULTELY NIL BACKGROUND IN construction if nomad was a mining company he will be qualified but as nomad is a building company it makes absolutely no sense to pay a guy money who doesnt know how to build stuff. The money is better spent with someone who has lifetime expereience in construction.
