It's not hostile, so yes. The presentations are all ready to go, and my guess is they have support from major shareholders.
It takes PDN to a whole new level of potential production output, close to 15 million pounds, with fairly low CAPEX to get Fission into production over the coming years. It has a very low ASIC, and Michilin just gives it a lovely LOM.
Get the Australian nuclear bans lifted and that will be icing on the cake.
